Scrub Perfect d.b.a Hawthorne Home Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and one-time cleaning throughout Reston and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. The specific scope of each cleaning will be confirmed with you before service begins. Service availability depends on your exact address and requested schedule.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or by our office are estimates based on the information you share about your home. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope differs from what was described. Some homes may require additional photos or a walkthrough before pricing is finalized.
Scheduling and Access
You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions and ensuring our cleaning professionals can safely enter your home at the scheduled time. If access is not available, you may be subject to a fee or rescheduling charge.
Payment
A valid payment card is required to reserve service. Payments are processed securely according to the terms provided with your quote. Additional services requested may result in extra charges.
Satisfaction Promise
If something included in your agreed cleaning scope was missed, let us know as soon as possible with details or photos. We will review the concern and make it right when it falls within the agreed scope. Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe following the cleaning.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Specific notice requirements will be shared when you schedule service.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, secure pets if needed, remove hazardous conditions, and disclose any special circumstances that may affect the cleaning. You are responsible for your personal belongings.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawthorne Home Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning service at issue.
